Michael Lenz c6344af189 Database: commandline option for alt. config file

This change adds an optional command line argument "--database-option-file",
which can be used to override the default database configuration file ~/.my.cnf

This is an import of the old danceos svn repository.  The Fail* development
started with rev 187, but this git import only contains revisions 956 and newer
due to directory structure changes.

Imported from external gitsvn checkout.
