This change introduces a fake iobus device into gem5 to prevent
it from crashing on bogus I/O memory accesses.

If the --debug option is set, the line number table of the elf binary will
be imported into the database. The information will be stored in the
"dbg_mapping" table.
If the --sources option is set, the source files will be imported
into the database. Only the files that were actually used in the
elf binary will be imported.

GEM5 throws a reset trap during initialization.
This happens before the startup function is called.
This leads to problems because the startup function fills the m_CPUs list.
m_CPUs is needed for the TrapListener.
Therefore, we only react on traps after initialization.
This is needed in the following commit (see gem5/src/arch/arm/faults.cc).

The client sends results back earlier (i.e., before all jobs are
done) if the client response time (CLIENT_JOB_REQUEST_SEC) is
exceeded. This makes sure that extraordinarily long-running
experiments get reported back before, e.g., the LIDO job timeout
kills the Fail* instance.

The checkpoint which is produced by this save method is a little bit
different to the checkpoint which is produced by the --take-checkpoint
command. It differs in the save-parameters so_state, funcExeInst, intRegs,
_upc, _nupc, _when. Tests have shown that it probably does not affect the
course of the program execution.
