`module_inst->table_count = module->import_table_count + module->table_count`,
using it as an index will go through `module->import_tables` and `module->tables`,
but aot init data is only available for non-import tables.
This commit refactors the AOT loader in `aot_loader.c` to support compatible
versions of the AOT_CURRENT_VERSION constant. Previously, the loader only
accepted the exact AOT_CURRENT_VERSION value, but now it also accepts
version 3. This change ensures that the runtime can load modules AoT-compiled
with different versions of wamrc as long as they have compatible
AOT_CURRENT_VERSION values.
Related to #3880.
When checking for integer overflow, you may often write tests like p + i < p.
This works fine if p and i are unsigned integers, since any overflow in the
addition will cause the value to simply "wrap around." However, using this
pattern when p is a pointer is problematic because pointer overflow has
undefined behavior according to the C and C++ standards. If the addition
overflows and has an undefined result, the comparison will likewise be
undefined; it may produce an unintended result, or may be deleted entirely
by an optimizing compiler.
Check whether the indices overflow UINT32_MAX or not for:
- import function count + function count
- import global count + global count
- import tag count + tag count
This PR fixes the issue reported by Oss-fuzz test (#69920).
Don't allow to load multiple native symbol sections in aot loader since
the aot compiler will create only one native symbol section.
Fix issue reported by Oss-fuzz test (#69633).
- All files under *core/iwasm/libraries/wasi-nn* are compiled as shared libraries
- *wasi-nn.c* is shared between backends
- Every backend has a separated shared library

The content in custom name section is changed after loaded since the strings
are adjusted with '\0' appended, the emitted AOT file then cannot be loaded.
The PR disables changing the content for AOT compiler to resolve it.
And disable emitting custom name section for `wamrc --enable-dump-call-stack`,
instead, use `wamrc --emit-custom-sections=name` to emit it.
And refactor the original perf support
- use WAMR_BUILD_LINUX_PERF as the cmake compilation control
- use WASM_ENABLE_LINUX_PERF as the compiler macro
- use `wamrc --enable-linux-perf` to generate aot file which contains fp operations
- use `iwasm --enable-linux-perf` to create perf map for `perf record`
Allow to control built-in libraries for wamrc from command line options:

Support new a wasm_config_t, set allocation and linux_perf_support
options to it, and then pass it to wasm_engine_new_with_config to
new an engine with private configuration.
According to the description of `buildPerModuleDefaultPipeline()` and
`buildLTOPreLinkDefaultPipeline()`, it is not allowed to call them with `O0` level.
Use `buildO0DefaultPipeline` instead when the opt-level is 0.
According to the specification,
- fNxM_pmin/max returns v1 or v2 based on flt(v1,v2) result
- fNxM_min/max returns +/-NaN, +/-Inf, v1 or v2 based on more than
flt(v1,v2) result
