YAMAMOTO TakashiandGitHub cd7941cc39 AOT/JIT native stack bound check improvement (#2244) 
Move the native stack overflow check from the caller to the callee because the
former doesn't work for call_indirect and imported functions.

Make the stack usage estimation more accurate. Instead of making a guess from
the number of wasm locals in the function, use the LLVM's idea of the stack size
of each MachineFunction. The former is inaccurate because a) it doesn't reflect
optimization passes, and b) wasm locals are not the only reason to use stack.

To use the post-compilation stack usage information without requiring 2-pass
compilation or machine-code imm rewriting, introduce a global array to store
stack consumption of each functions:
For JIT, use a custom IRCompiler with an extra pass to fill the array.
For AOT, use `clang -fstack-usage` equivalent because we support external llc.

Re-implement function call stack usage estimation to reflect the real calling
conventions better. (aot_estimate_stack_usage_for_function_call)

Re-implement stack estimation logic (--enable-memory-profiling) based on the new
machinery.

YAMAMOTO TakashiandGitHub 8abb153546 VSCode-Extension: Download lldb built for ubuntu 20.04 (#2139) 
This should allow users to use the vscode extension on ubuntu 20.04.

After https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime/pull/2132 ,
our lldb binary for 20.04 works on ubuntu 22.04 as well.

On the other hand, lldb for 22.04 has no chance to work on ubuntu 20.04.
(because of glibc version requirement.)

has tons of it. Note: We have this particular warning disabled in
build-scripts/runtime_lib.cmake too.

Bump minimum cmake version for the top level CMakeLists.txt to fix the
following warning on macOS.

YAMAMOTO TakashiandGitHub 654ac5feca Use cmake POSITION_INDEPENDENT_CODE instead of hardcoding -pie -fPIE (#1598) 
This fixes unused option warnings on -pie for macOS.
(On macOS cmake produces "-fPIE -Xlinker -pie")

Bump required cmake version to 3.14 for CheckPIESupported.

This header file is supposed to be used by user code, which is not
a part of WAMR. Usually WAMR configuration is not available there,
remove DEBUG_INTERP macro control in it.
