Rust compiler previously deprecated, and now removed the wasm32-wasi target and replaced it with wasm32-wasip1. This
change updates all the occurrences of wasm32-wasi in the context of Rust compilation.
covers the wasi-nn/test.
- Implement TINY / STANDARD frame modes - tiny mode is only able to keep track on the IP
and func idx, STANDARD mode provides more capabilities (parameters, stack pointer etc.).
- Implement FRAME_PER_FUNCTION / FRAME_PER_CALL modes - frame per function adds
code at the beginning and at the end of each function for allocating / deallocating stack frame,
whereas in per-call mode the frame is allocated before each call. The exception is call to
the imported function, where frame-per-function mode also allocates the stack before the
`call` instruction (as it can't instrument the imported function).
At the moment TINY + FRAME_PER_FUNCTION is automatically enabled in case GC and perf
profiling are disabled and `values` call stack feature is not requested. In all the other cases
STANDARD + FRAME_PER_CALL is used.
STANDARD + FRAME_PER_FUNCTION and TINY + FRAME_PER_CALL are currently not
implemented but possible, and might be enabled in the future.

There's probably a number of other places where the bh_leb_read could be used (e.g. aot loader)
but I'm making the change as small as possible. Further refactoring can be done later.
Tests were failing because the right permissions were not provided to iwasm.
Also, test failures didn't trigger build failure due to typo - also fixed in this change.
In addition to that, this PR fixes a few issues with the test itself:
* the `server_init_complete` was not reset early enough causing the client to occasionally
assume the server started even though it didn't yet
* set `SO_REUSEADDR` on the server socket so the port can be reused shortly after
closing the previous socket
* defined receive-send-receive sequence from server to make sure server is alive at the
time of sending message
And return ENOSYS. We do that so we can at least compile the code on CI.
We'll be gradually enabling more and more functions.
Also, enabled `proc_raise()` for windows.
* disable translations of errno codes that aren't defined on Windows
* undef `min()` macro if it is defined to not conflict with the `min()` function we define
* implement `shed_yield` wasi call
* disable some of the features in the config for windows by default
Calling `__wasi_sock_addr_resolve` syscall causes native stack overflow.
Given this is a standard function available in WAMR, we should have at least
the default stack size large enough to handle this case.
The socket tests were updated so they also run in separate thread, but
the simple retro program is:

In #1928 we added support for GCC 4.8 but we don't continuously test if it's
working. This PR added a GitHub actions job to test compilation on GCC 4.8
for interpreters and Fast JIT (LLVM JIT/AOT might be added in the future).
The compilation is done using ubuntu 14.04 image as that's the simplest way
to get GCC 4.8 compiler. The job only compiles the code but does not run any
tests.
In some cases, the memory address of some variables may have 4 least significant
bytes set to zero. Because we cast the pointer to int, we look only at 4 least
significant bytes; the assertion may fail because 4 least significant bytes are 0.
Change bh_assert implementation to cast the assert expr to int64_t and it works
well with 64-bit architectures.
The example wasn't fully implemented the intention - it didn't work as
expected when the trap/proc_exit was executed on the main thread,
because main thread never waited for all the threads to start.
This syscall doesn't need allocating stack or TLS and it's expected from the application
to do that instead. E.g. WASI-libc already does this for `pthread_create`.
Also fix some of the examples to allocate memory for stack and not use stack before
the stack pointer is set to a correct value.
Because stack grows from high address towards low address, the value
returned by malloc is the end of the stack, not top of the stack. The top
of the stack is the end of the allocated space (i.e. address returned by
malloc + cluster size).
Refer to #1790.
For now this implementation uses thread manager.
Not sure whether thread manager is needed in that case. In the future there'll be likely another syscall added (for pthread_exit) and for that we might need some kind of thread management - with that in mind, we keep thread manager for now and will refactor this later if needed.
Slightly changed the interface sock_addr_remote - since we already
have a `__wasi_addr_t` structure which is an union, there's no need
for passing length around - the address buffer will always have the
right length (i.e. max of all address families).

Implement wasi_addr_resolve function.
Also slightly modify the interface to make it more accessible for the end user:
- replace port argument with the service - so the user can actually get the port for a given service if unknown
- introduce __wasi_addr_info_t and use it as a buffer for addresses, instead of generic buffer
- introduce __wasi_addr_info_hints_t so user can enable filtering on the syscall level (and therefore use smaller buffers for addresses)
- add max_size parameter for the API as an output - in case the number of addresses is bigger than the buffer size, user can repeat the call with bigger buffer
This change is very minimalistic, and it doesn't include the followings:
1. implementation of getaddrinfo in the lib-socket
2. sample application
