Horst Schirmeier 87008a05b6 util: LLVM test code compilation fix

This change removes an unnecessary "#ifndef __puma" from the LLVM
disassembler test code and fixes compilation with the latest AspectC++
binaries.

This is an import of the old danceos svn repository.  The Fail* development
started with rev 187, but this git import only contains revisions 956 and newer
due to directory structure changes.

Imported from external gitsvn checkout.
