This changes allows us to compile the gem5 simulator with ag++. It
was tested with ag++ v0.8, built Apr 18 2013. Most of the changes
are preprocessor directives like #ifndef __puma which have been
inserted into the gem5 code. Unfortunately, a python script and a
SWIG input file have been patched, too.
Additionally, the CMake file has been updated. A single call to
"make" now invokes the ag++ (instead of the g++) compiler front
end. The new CMake target "gem5-allclean" should be used to clean
the current project when building FailGem5. In addition to cleaning
the Fail build directory, it also invokes "scons -c" in the gem5
build directory; that is, gem5 is cleaned as well.

Encapsulated gem5-specific code into wrapper functions to separate the
build process (Fail: CMake, gem5: scons). Added some gem5-related FIXMEs.

Without --with-all-libs (as documented in doc/how-to-build.txt), at least
the "nogui" GUI does not work anymore -- the default for headless
experiments.
(Note the UNDEFINED->UNDEF enum rename; this was necessary due to a vga.h
include side-effect in bochs/gui/svga.cc.)

Imported and adapted FindProtobuf.cmake from cmake 2.8.9 into the project to
make it build on Debian 6 again.

ag++ is now called with a list of currently active aspect headers
(ag++ -a aspect1.ah -a aspect2.ah ...). This resolves several problems at
once:
- Build directories may be positioned arbitrarily now, they need not be
a subdirectory of the project anymore.
- Multiple build directories can coexist within the project tree. Before
this commit, the generated instantiate-*.ah aspect headers disturbed
neighboring build trees.
- Due to this, the regression test should be runnable much more easily
now.
- The build time was reduced by an average of about 10%.

- This commit only enables linking against QEMU. The abstraction layer is
completely dysfunctional at this time.
- QEMU's build system needs to be patched in order to create a static
library. This patch is currently not included in the Fail* repository.
- QEMU's JIT compilation may complicate or even preclude the implementation
of some of Fail*'s backend abstractions. Only a minimal subset (serial
I/O, memory, memory writes, save/restore) is planned for the first phase.

The FailBochs client is not linked by the Bochs build system anymore, but
by our cmake scripts (make fail-client):
- All Bochs libraries are merged into libfailbochs.a (a new target
within the Bochs Autotools scripts).
- The previous libfail.a is *not* a merge of all Fail* libraries anymore,
but pulls these in via library dependencies.
Additionally I did a lot of build system cleanup, e.g. additional external
libraries may now be pulled in where they're needed.

"failstar" sounds like a name for a cruise liner from the 80s. As "*" isn't a
desirable part of directory names, just name the whole thing "fail/", the core
parts being stored in "fail/core/".
Additionally fixing two build system dependency issues:
- missing jobserver -> protomessages dependency
- broken bochs -> fail dependency (add_custom_target DEPENDS only allows plain
file dependencies ... cmake for the win)
