liang.he 67fa155878 libc-wasi: Make rights of STDIN/STDOUT/STDERR fixed and overlook their access modes (#3694) 
When determining the file descriptor rights in the function fd_determine_type_rights(),
we assign fixed and unchangeable rights to STDIN, STDOUT and STDERR.

README.md

This folder contains the platform abstract layer for multiple platforms. To support a new platform, you can simply create a new folder here and implement all the APIs defined in include folder.

Refer to port_wamr.md for how to port WAMR to a target platform.
