hsc b70b6fb43a another directory rename: failstar -> fail
"failstar" sounds like a name for a cruise liner from the 80s.  As "*" isn't a
desirable part of directory names, just name the whole thing "fail/", the core
parts being stored in "fail/core/".

Additionally fixing two build system dependency issues:
 - missing jobserver -> protomessages dependency
 - broken bochs -> fail dependency (add_custom_target DEPENDS only allows plain
   file dependencies ... cmake for the win)

Bochs is a highly portable open source IA-32 (x86) PC emulator written in C++,
that runs on most popular platforms. It includes emulation of the Intel x86
CPU, common I/O devices, and a custom BIOS. Currently, bochs can be compiled
to emulate a 386, 486 or Pentium CPU. Bochs is capable of running most
Operating Systems inside the emulation including Linux, Windows 95, DOS,
and recently Windows NT 4.
